另外建议可以在帮助客户处理加密货币方面提供更多指导。因为我是第一次接触，建议客户尽早通过银行电汇充值，这样可能会更稳妥一些。

The instructions were pretty clear and Daisy clearly knows what to do from beginning to end. If you follow the advice given you’re already set up for success. Personally, on my exam day there were quite a few technical issues, but with a lot of resilience and help everything went well even if it was a little nerve racking during the exam. But everything persevered through and now I have the results! Make sure to be patient, thorough, and trust Daisy!!

On a separate note I would try to give more help with cryptocurrency for future customers because it was my first time and that a bank wire transfer to fund your account is probably best as soon as it’s possible for the customer.
