Due to the Telegram incident, and to facilitate the migration of existing clients from the old to the new Telegram account, I turned back on the website's Chat Widget and got quickly reminded of why I turned it off in the first place:
People who prefer to contact us in the chat widget are not serious prospects.
They don't bother to download the Telegram app.
They also don't bother to read anything on this website either.
Because they are not serious customers - the kind of people I want to keep out.
Worse case I end up getting trolling energy-drainers and it's just very tiresome 🤦♀️
There's a reason many B2B companies look super unreachable: they would need you to fill out "Contact us" application forms so they can choose who to respond to:
Time to make our contact info hard to find.
